- Write every day, even if it's only a note on why I don't feel like writing.
- Wear dentures every day, or at least whenever I leave the house.
- Tell the people I love that I love them...and back it up with loving words and actions.
- Love myself and refer to #3.
- Try new things, even if they sound hokey or hippie or homeopathic.
- Stick to eating and exercise schedule.
- Indulge in magical thinking, such as making lists of seven because it's a lucky number.
